Palma

We just returned tonight from a great district conference in Palma. More details are available at The Spain Barcelona Mission blog. But we did want you to note the High School Musical bag which 10-year old Marta was sporting at the conference. She also owns a set of HSM pom-poms. Needless to say, she was very impressed that the daughter of the Mission President was a member of the actual EHS Pep Club! East High is famous even in the islands of the Mediterranean.


We had a great conference. The district has some wonderful families, some with three generations of members. It includes some wonderful young couples with both the mother and the father are returned missionaries and their children are growing up in the Church. The Spaniards are beautiful people - the children, especially, are beautiful. They have that regal European look and could have stepped out of a children fashion magazine!

This week we are town for the first couple of days, then head south for interviews. We continue to log a log of miles!
