It actually feels like one kitchen, not two separate rooms. The word from the portero is that it is the best kitchen in the building. Even the president of the tenants association wants to come see it (she is planning to remodel her kitchen). Although we only get to use it for a few weeks, we have loved it. We have fed nuevos, viejos, and concilio and it is a vast improvement!

Wowsers! That's gorgeous! Too bad you didn't think of doing that three years ago. The Paces will be so delighted. I'm sure we can come up with some good "before" pictures. We have lots of pics of Mom by the stove, at least!
